billing

see pricing for the tier table. this page is about the actual billing mechanics.

plans

four tiers: free, vibe ($20), founder ($50), team ($200/seat). free is forever. paid plans are monthly or annual (save ~17%).

payment

stripe. cards, apple pay, google pay, ach (us, team only), wire (team only).

usage

we meter two things:

• agent messages — one per llm round trip inside a run
• runner minutes — only on the free tier's limited slice + gpu add-ons

everything else (storage, bandwidth, drive history) is included per tier.

overage

• free tier — hard stops. we notify you in the inbox. no silent charges.
• paid tiers — soft overage. we email you at 80% and 100%. after 100% you can enable soft-overage (pay per extra message, capped at 2x your plan) or let it pause.

upgrading

/settings/billing → upgrade. instant. new limits apply immediately. you pay a prorated difference for the current period.

downgrading

/settings/billing → change plan. takes effect at the end of the current billing period. no refunds for unused time but also no gotchas fr.

canceling

/settings/billing → cancel. drive stays as a free account. you can resume anytime by re-subscribing. if the free tier doesnt fit anymore you'll see gentle limits but nothing is deleted.

invoices

auto-emailed. also downloadable as pdf in /settings/billing. team tier can ingest them into accounting tools via our stripe webhook export.

startup credits

available for cohorts at yc, a16z, founders inc, emergent ventures. email jacob@vibestartup.pro from your program domain.

refunds

email support within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong. we refund liberally. no games.
