3. AI processing

When you invoke an agent, the content of the prompt and referenced files is sent to the language model provider configured for that agent (for example Anthropic or OpenAI). We do not use your content to train our own models, and we select providers that contractually agree not to train on customer data by default. You may bring your own API keys to route inference directly to your chosen provider.

4. Sharing of information

We share information only in the following cases:

• Service providers: infrastructure, analytics, payment, and communications vendors that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of VibeStartup, users, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continuing confidentiality.
• With your consent: when you explicitly authorize sharing.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your content within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular audits. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
