Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on the VibeStartup service. It is incorporated into the VibeStartup Terms of Service. We may update this AUP from time to time; the current version applies to your use of the Service.
Prohibited activities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, and export-control laws.
- Upload, transmit, or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or invasive of privacy.
- Create, host, or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam), conduct phishing, or engage in any deceptive commercial practices.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by launching denial-of-service attacks or consuming excessive resources.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except as expressly permitted by law.
- Use the Service to build or train competing products or to benchmark performance without our prior written consent.
- Use AI agents to generate content that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence, facilitates the creation of weapons capable of mass harm, or otherwise violates applicable law or our providers' usage policies.
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions of the Service.
- Host content or run workloads that subject the Service to unusual legal or reputational risk without prior written approval.
Reporting abuse
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@vibestartup.pro. We investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removal of content, suspension, or termination of accounts.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take action to protect the integrity and safety of the Service and its users. Actions may include warnings, content removal, rate-limiting, suspension, or termination of accounts, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
